Hold your wedding, quince, shower, holiday gala, corporate party, birthday, or other milestone celebration at our clubhouse, and you’ll not only host a memorable event but help preserve our historic building and support the Coral Gables Children’s Dental Clinic for underserved children.

Located at 1001 and 1009 E. Ponce de Leon Boulevard, our truly unique clubhouse has two classic ballrooms, which can be rented separately or together. Imagine the ease of holding your wedding in one hall and your reception in the other.

You also have the freedom to choose your own caterer, florist, DJ, and other vendors—as long as they are licensed and insured. Need suggestions? Feel free to bring in your own event coordinator or let our rental agent design a customized package tailored to your needs and budget.

In any case, you won’t be locked into the built-in services and catering costs typically required at hotels or other venues. By renting the Coral Gables Woman’s Club you have choices!

Both ballrooms have high, wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, antique chandeliers, new windows, and a kitchen and bar area.

Situated on the north side of the building, the Flamingo Ballroom (1001) has a maximum capacity of 240 guests for a sit-down dinner and 200 guests for a buffet. Amenities include a limousine entrance and a romantic and cozy atmosphere.

Across the breezeway on the south side of the building is the Coral Ballroom (1009). It accommodates a maximum of 200 guests for a sit-down dinner and 170 guests for a buffet-style meal. Limestone walls and two fireplaces add a renaissance touch to this unique and comfortable setting.

Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 am to 3 pm

Thursday and Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm

Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm
